Custom Burn DVDs:
Custom burned DVDs are final sale. This excludes any manufacturer defects. Items with damage that is not caused by the manufacturer, The JESUS Film Project, will not be eligible for a refund.

International Shipping:
International shipping charges may have to be adjusted to reflect proper shipping costs. Shipping charges depend on weight, destination and merchandise total for charges. This may result in shipping fees to be more than the price of the product(s) ordered.

Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. If there is a refusal to pay any import taxes and fees, and your products are returned to The JESUS Film Project, you will not be issued a refund or credit.

Return Policy:
All US purchases must be returned within 30 days and must contain any and all original packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including DVDs, VHS, and CDs, unless they are defective. The JESUS Film Project Store allows a complete refund for items that are defective due to production malfunctions by The JESUS Film Project. Items with damage that is not caused by the manufacturer, The JESUS Film Project, will not be eligible for a refund. Customers requesting an exchange due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product must return the original product to The JESUS Film Project Store before receiving their replacement product.
